Our Fall Protection Training is compliant with OSHA regulations and ANSI Standards. 

Topics covered during Fall Protection Training:
What is Fall Protection and why is it needed?
Fall Protection Systems: personal fall restraint, positioning-device systems, personal fall arrest, guardrail systems, warning line system, slide-guard systems, safety-net systems and catch platforms. This section is tailored to the types used at your company.
Planning and using Fall Protection including calculating fall distance
Inspection and Maintenance of Fall Protection Systems
Hazard identification 
Fall response and emergency response
Suspension trauma (Orthostatic intolerance)

The course takes approximately two and a half hours to complete.

The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.



Falls are the leading cause of deaths in both general industry and construction.

The most-violated OSHA standard is fall protection and fall protection training requirements is number nine on OSHA’s most-violated list.

Texas leads the nation in the highest fall protection related deaths. Averaging over 100 a year. 

These fall protection related fatalities are preventable. 

OSHA does not require recurrent training however we suggest employees retrain every three years.

Following the training we provide training records, including test scores, and certificates as PDF copies. Color, printed copies of the full class and individual certificates will be mailed.
